D&D enthusiasts take note: Dragon Coast: Shores of Haldun has no connection to the 'Dragon Coast' of Faerun or Forgotten Realms.

"More than fifty years have passed since the re-settlement of Haldun.  Trade continues to boom within the port city of Haldun as the wealthy Trade Houses extend their reach to New Haven, a small militaristic city to the west.  Lawlessness within Haldun has been challenged by the return of faithful, as the slumber of the Divine has ceased.  With the death of Prince Thomas the Tenth, King Roger Farenbaugh has taken the throne of Haldun, and vowed to lead Haldun and her people through the grim of Mezzeracht.  Across the Merchant Sea, Soros looks to tension for the second time this century, as the 13th Circle comes to realization. Important OOC Information

Dragon Coast: Shores of Haldun is an original Neverwinter Nights persistent world, run by a group of dedicated volunteers and oriented toward providing a high quality roleplaying environment. Dragon Coast has been around for over four years, and has welcomed in four separate eras, each set at a different point in history. Until now Dragon Coast has existed through Bioware's Neverwinter Nights, but with the release of Obsidian's Neverwinter Nights 2, the Dragon Coast team decided it was time to move on to a new game.

The latest era is Shores of Haldun, which takes place upon the fictional continent of Berkatan. Shores of Haldun was built completely from scratch over the course of six months by a hard-working team of builders, scripters and writers. We've aimed to create much more than just another Neverwinter Nights 2 server; Shores of Haldun is a living, breathing world, just like the other eras of DC.

To play Dragon Coast, you will need Obsidian's Neverwinter Nights 2 and both current expansions: Mask of the Betrayer (MotB) and Storm of Zehir (SoZ).
